BuschRockwoods > Horsemint is a beautiful flower growing as individual plants or in small groves. Watch for bees, butterflies and other insects grabbing nectar.
BuschRockwoods > Gray-headed coneflowers are a common prairie flower that pokes just over the grasses. Look for large patches in the fields next to the Busch Visitor Center.
BuschRockwoods > Fire Pink is not a common wildflower to Busch. It's almost done blooming for the season, so look close in the flower beds of the Visitor Center to find this one.
BuschRockwoods > Black eyed Susans are another spectacular prairie flower that can be seen in most fields at Busch.
BuschRockwoods > Purple Coneflowers are not only beautiful, they're a great food source for many insects.
BuschRockwoods > The fence beam in the background gives away the location of these purple coneflowers. Look close to the Visitor Center.
BuschRockwoods > Prairie blazing star is an extremely unique flower who's blooms begin at the top and work their way down as the season progresses. Look for them now as there isn't much left to go.
BuschRockwoods > Philadelphia fleabane has more flower petals than you can count! Try it, I bet you get a different number each time.
BuschRockwoods > There's still plenty more blooms to open on this ox-eye daisy.
